How do I send our drawings to you?

The preferred method is to send us high quality photocopies or electronic files (.jpg,.PDF) of your drawings. By using copies, you maintain safe custody of the original drawings at your facility for future use.

If you don't have a large scanner, you can get electronic files (.jpg,.PDF) of your drawings at most reprographics service companies. (Examples: Kinkos, Office Depot, etc.)

When sending physical drawings please give us a call to determine the best shipping method.
How do you transfer our new drawings to us?

We can provide your drawings in hard copy or electronic format.

We can ship your new hard copy drawing package and copies you provided (if requested), via USPS, FEX-EX, or UPS as desired.

Electronic files can be put on CD-Rom, DVD-Rom, USB drive, emailed, or downloaded from our website.
How do you draw/convert our drawings?

Your drawings are redrawn/recreated on our CAD workstations, not scanned and converted with software.

Depending on the drawing, we may use a .jpg or .PDF file as a underlay on our system. To complete the drawing, it is up to the CAD technician.

This ensures that the drawings are precise and accurate.
Do you keep a copy of our drawing?

Your drawing files are archived. We maintain a safe and secure off site backup of your drawings.

Contact us for additional copies of the electronic files. We can email them or put them on our web site for download at no additional charge. We can put them on CD-Rom, DVD-Rom, USB-drive and ship them to you for a $10 fee.

Contact us for additional hard copies to determine the cost for printing and shipping.
What software do you use?

We currently use AutoCAD Electrical 2010/2011 on our workstations, we can save down to previous versions, down to R14 as required.
